Coaction Group completed the West Salt Lake Renal Center project on the campus of the established Jordan Valley Medical Center.

Coaction Group developed and provided 100% financing for the turn-key project for both Fresenius Medical (FMC) & Nephrology Associates of Utah (NAU). The FMC Dialysis Clinic contains a dialysis treatment area and two home training rooms. NAU operates the physician practice suite.

The 9,300 SF project occupies a site that was a previously under-utilized parking area on the JVMC campus. The completed clinic benefits the hospital by creating a use for the land and adding necessary services to the campus as both FMC & NAU will meet the needs of local chronic kidney patients.

The new facility is located at 4101 West Pioneer Parkway in West Valley Utah. Coaction Architectural Group completed the design of the site, shell & practice suite. JKG Collaborate was retained for the hemo design. R&O Construction completed the construction.

Hemo Dialysis: 6,900 SF
Physician Practice: 2,400 SF
