Coaction Group completed construction on a 4500 SF Urgent Care for Steward Health (previously IASIS Healthcare) in Taylorsville, Utah.

The Urgent Care facility boasts a very efficient and compact design, featuring six exam rooms, two treatment rooms and one triage space.

Coaction Group developed and provided 100% financing for the turn-key project valued at $2.3M. Coaction Architectural Group completed the design. Cook Builders completed the construction.

Nate Cook, Vice President of Cook Builders commented on the smooth construction process, “It started with good plans, continued with thorough contracts and quick and well-detailed answers. I never once felt they were slowing me down, I actually felt like I was having trouble keeping up with them. My superintendent and I always joked that it was an unfair fight, Coaction was so organized they kept us sharp!”

The new facility is located at 5360 South 2700 West, Taylorsville, Utah and opened in February of 2018.
