Shawn acts as Chief Financial Officer for Coaction Companies and Strategic Healthcare Partners.

Shawn excels at Commercial project financing – over the past 10 years – he has successfully secured financing for $100M+ in projects. During his 12 years as CFO for Trend Homes, he financed over 20 Acquisition & Development projects and closed over 8,000 homes in Phoenix metro area.

In fact, during the past 20 years, Shawn has worked with multiple developers and property management companies with their accounting, tax and finance requirements.

This broad range of experience and expertise serves as a great asset to Coaction’s clients in assisting them with project financing, debt and equity markets, managing the holding entities, and consulting on exit strategies to maximize investment performance.

Shawn is also an Arizona licensed CPA and holds a BS and master’s degree in Accounting from BYU.

How do you enjoy spending your free time?

I enjoy golfing and watching movies. I am active in my church group and love spending time with my wife and four grown children.

What is something people don’t know about you?

You won’t find me at the office during the Phoenix Open.
