Coaction Group is pleased to announce the completion of a new dialysis center and physician office in Orem, Utah.

The 6,800 SF dialysis center, operated by Fresenius Medical Group, provides dialysis services to local chronic kidney patients. Another 2,400 SF of the facility is home to Utah Valley Kidney Care.

The facility, located at 121 S. Orem Blvd. in Orem, Utah, increases the availability of dialysis services in the area. The facility was designed for maximum efficiency and to complement the surrounding environment and the local community.

Coaction Group, a Chandler, Arizona-based medical facilities development company, acquired the land, completed the design, managed the development & provided 100% financing for the project. Coaction employed SIRQ Construction to complete construction & JKG Collaborative for the hemo architectural design.

Hemo Dialysis: 6,800 SF
Physician Practice: 2,400 SF
